and textmate.. dude i just recently discover the joy of textmate =) although i have yet to find out all the goodies about it... oo and i'd recommend project calculator (that is listed on the apple.com software site) it's reallly the best i've found for keeping time on freelance.
please do share the textmate goodies when u find them ^_^
